What happens to my product feed after submitting it to Pangora?
As soon as you upload a database or feed with new categories for your products (or the first time you upload a product database or feed), we can begin integrating them in the appropriate Pangora categories. The categorisation takes approximately 3 working days to complete.
When this process is complete, your data will be available on our partner portals and will be updated each time you upload a current (and correctly formatted) database or feed.
When doing this for the first time (First Integration) we require all relevant documents and records (contract, etc.).
Why is it important that I provide accurate categories for my products?
To ensure an optimal search result on our partner portals, we assign your products to our category tree. The more detailed the categorization of your feed, the better our internal categorisation will be.
Should your shop not have its own categorisation system for products, then you may consider using the categories we use at http://shopping.lycos.co.uk.
